I have twelve years of experience in Building Personal Computers, repairing and upgrading. From the days of the 386 to the present, I am capable of sourcing most problems available, from hardware not working properly to virus attacks.

Repairs and upgrades are charged in a very simple way:
Call Out / Collection Charge = £10.00
Labour Hourly Charge = £15.00
No labour charge is made if I don't believe I can fix the problem

No parts are bought before your consent to the pricing.
All parts and software must be paid for in advance.
Labour is charged by invoice on completion of the job.

Rough costing are available before any job commences.

Data back up is charged at the following rates
1-99mb £5.00
100-249mb £7.50
250-699mb £10.00
700mb + £15.00

Windows installation is charged as follows:
Got own disk
Installation £25.00
Windows Disk Needed
Windows disk £RRP (no copies)
Insulation £25.00

Software Installation
£1.00 per program with Windows install
£3.00 per program without Windows install

Virus Removal
Based  on Labour charge : £15.00 per Hour

Any other Repairs
Based  on Labour charge : £15.00 per Hour
